Share your thoughts on the forthcoming Land Use Redesignation (rezoning) and Hillhurst Sunnyside Area Redevelopment Plan Amendment with the applicant’s team. A Development Permit (plans for the design of the building and site) has not yet been submitted. For more information, go to the project website at engageocgrowkensington.com.
Residents and commercial tenants on both sides of 14th St and 15 St should be receiving flyers and letters from the applicants in the next few days. Signage and posters will also be showing up soon. The applicant has committed to periodic pop-up information booths at the HSCA Farmers’ Market to keep the community informed of the Land Use and Development Permit applications. They will also compile public comments from their website and open house to share with the City and HSCA.
We will keep you posted on the progress of this proposed development on HSCA channels. We hope to see you at the April 10 community open house.
